Take a 2-qt saucepan, add water and sugar to a boil, reduce it and simmer it with stirring occasionally, make sure that the sugar dissolves completely. Take it out from heat and add lemon juice to it. Let cool completely.

Take clean and fresh strawberries in a blender with 1/2 cup lemonade mixture. Make sure your puree should be strained to remove the seeds. Add puree to the remaining lemonade mixture, make a good combination by stirring properly and then refrigerate until you serve, it might be good if you can choose the glasses and then pour into it, then freeze it. Pour little dry ice over it and garnish with mint.

Ginger Basil Grapefruit Sprinter

Ingredients

1 grapefruit- additional grapefruit for garnish
2 cups of ice
3 x 12oz cans of ginger soda
Fresh basil
1/4 cup basil simple syrup

BASIL SIMPLE SYRUP
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup loosely packed fresh basil

Make sugar syrup by adding sugar and water and heat it for 2 minutes, add basil and steep it for 20 minutes in low flame and strain the juice and let it dry, store the syrup in a glass container or a squeeze bottle.

Fill a pitcher or a glass with ice half way and pour soda, fresh grapefruit and basil simple syrup, mix well and garnish with fresh basil and serve it chill.

Watermelon Cooler



A lovable juice in this hot summer, this is a perfect drink to serve at family-friendly barbeques, kids parties and summer parties.

Ingredients

4-5 cups of seedless watermelon (1 medium-sized watermelon), cut into chunks
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 peeled cucumber, cut into chunks
5 -10 mint leaves roughly chopped
1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
a pinch of salt

Procedure

Make sure you take the watermelon pieces on the number of glasses you want to have, take all the ingredients and blend them properly that all are perfectly blended, it can be one batch or two batches, then pour the mixture through strainer into a bowl, by pressing with a spoon or a masher so that you get all the liquid out of it.
